Why should I keep investing time in this game if I know that in 1 or 2 years there will be additional fitting slots and better ammo for $ ?
Eve Online is not a the kind of game where you can expect to make a quick buck with MTs. It's a game that people invest a lot of time in and where a slight chance of non-vanity MTs happening means that investing time and effort is not worth it anymore.
CCP has crushed the hope of its playerbase. Before Incarna, it used to be "one day CCP might fix all the broken stuff". Now? Why play and build stuff for the future if that future Eve won't be worth playing.
Sigh. I want to love CCP, but you guys just won't let me.

I refuse to keep giving money to a company whose CCP is openly lying on Twitter.
After breaking their promise that MTs would never happen, CCP promised to the CSM that it would be "vanity only".
Then when asked to repeat that promise, CCP's CEO said:

Let's not fool ourselves, the first thing Hilmar is going to say is that there won't be non-vanity MTs.
Considering CCP's history when it comes to breaking promises, the only way I will ever believe it is if they get rid of MTs ENTIRELY, even vanity ones.
